Stuck in the Mud

Chris Long

Teamwork and an incredible 1,420 hp combined couldn't get this stuck tractor moving again. The result of the efforts: more ruts and loads of frustration.

Watch Out!

Farm Journal

This misfortune looks like something you would see in a movie. The driver’s heart likely skipped a beat when he stepped out of the cab and realized he was resting atop a pickup.

In Deep Water

A routine act of unhitching a wagon spiraled into a rough and tumble ride for this load of silage that tackled an electrical pole along the way. When it came to a halt, the silage wasn’t even wet, and the wagon sustained a partially injured roof and two blown tires.

More Than Stuck

Can you imagine what went though the driver’s mind when he realized the ground wasn’t quite as dry as he thought? Obviously, field work was delayed.

Stuck is an Understatement

How in the world does a person get a 240 PTO hp tractor stuck this bad? The reader who submitted this photo says this is what happens when you loan your tractor to someone who is not a farmer.
