WACO EXPLOSION:

GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS. INVESTIGATORS AND RESCUE CREWS CONTINUE TO SIFT THROUGH THE RUBBLE OF A SMALL TEXAS TOWN AFTER A MASSIVE EXPLOSION WEDNESDAY.

FERTILIZER SAFETY:

I SPOKE WITH THE FERTILIZER INSTITUTE ON THURSDAY ABOUT THE EXPLOSION. THEY SAY THE INDUSTRY IS WATCHING DEVELOPMENTS CLOSLY TO SEE IF THERE ARE LESSONS TO BE LEARNED. ADDING THAT EXPLOSIONS LIKE THIS ARE EXTREMELY RARE. BUT IT IS A GOOD REMINDER FOR DEALERS AND FARMERS DURING THIS BUSY SEASON.

HORSE SLAUGHTER SUIT:

A LAWSUIT BY THE COMPANY WORKING TO OPEN A HORSE SLAUGHTER PLANT IN ROSWELL NEW MEXICO IS JUST ONE HURDLE IT HAS TO OVERCOME.

CROP WATCH:

FARMERS THROUGHOUT THE NATION'S MIDSECTION WILL BE PUTTING OFF PLANTING FOR AWHILE. FOR SOME IT'S HEAVY SNOW. FOR OTHERS, IT'S A TORRENTIAL RAINS. MIKE HOFFMAN JOINS US FROM THE AGDAY WEATHER-CENTER TO BREAK IT DOWN, MIKE.
