"I love making cookies of all kinds. This is a family favorite that the grandchildren love making also," Ruth says.
- 24 graham crackers
- 2 sticks butter (1 cup)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lay crackers squares next to each other on a GREASED cookie sheet. Bring butter and sugar to boil and boil for 2 minutes. Add chopped nuts. Pour over crackers, spreading to cover completely.
Bake for 8 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from pan quickly and place on waxed paper. Let cool completely.
