AEM Releases February Sales Report

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers released its February 2010 Flash Report for ag equipment. Compared with February 2009 data, two-wheel-drive tractor sales dropped 7.2%, four-wheel-drive tractor sales increased 31.3%, and combine sales dropped 11%.

Year-to-date sales are down for all segments expect four-wheel drive tractor sales and combine sales.

The January flash report show an uptick in sales compared with the previous year, but overall February unit sales are below the same month in 2009 data.
