WEATHER:

GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS. WILD SPRING WEATHER, HEAVY RAINS, SNOW AND FLOODING ARE ALL CONVERGING ON THE MIDWEST THIS WEEK.

CROP WATCH:

WHILE THE COUNTRY HUNKERS DOWN FOR ANOTHER ROUND OF WILD WEATHER, OUT IN THE FIELD, IT'S MAKING FOR SOME UNIQUE CHALLENGES. MIKE HOFFMAN IS BACK THIS MORNING WITH A FEW EXAMPLES IN TODAY'S CROPWATCH.

IMMIGRATION UPDATE:

EARLY WENDESDAY, A GROUP OF SENATORS FORMERLY FILED THE IMMIGRATION REFORM LEGISLATION. AND DETAILS ABOUT THE PLAN ARE STARTING TO ROLL OUT.

COTTON OUTLOOK:

COTTON WORLD ENDING STOCKS COULD REACH A NEW RECORD. THAT'S ACCORDING TO THE LATEST U-S DEPARTMENT OF AG COTTON PROJECTIONS. THE AGENCY SAYS STOCKS COULD REACH MORE THAN 82 MILLION BALES NEARLY 20 PERCENT HIGHER THAN LAST YEAR. IN TOTAL, THAT'S A 77 PERCENT SPIKE IN JUST THREE YEARS. MOST OF THE BALE SURPLUS IS IN CHINA.
