CONVERSATION WITH THE BUFFETTS:

IT'S A CONVERSATION WITH THE BUFFETTS. THESE PHILANTHROPISTS AND AMERICAN FARMERS ARE USING THEIR EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD, AND A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE TO HELP FEED THE WORLD'S HUNGRY. PLUS, TRAVEL ALONG ON A TRIP TO AFGHANISTAN--TO WITNESS THESE CHALLENGES FIRST HAND. GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS. IT'S NOT OFTEN YOU GET AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIT ACROSS FROM ONE IF NOT SOON TO BE TWO, OF THE WEALTHIEST MEN IN THE WORLD. PART OF HIS EFFORTS HAVE BEEN HERE AT HOME--WORKING TO EDUCATE HIS NEIGHBORS AND OTHER AMERICAN FARMERS ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF GOOD SOIL MANAGMENT.

WORLD HUNGER:

HOWARD BUFFETT SAYS HES COMMITTED TO SOLVING GLOBAL FOOD INSECURITY.

AND HE'S PUTTING HIS ACTIONS AND HIS MONEY BEHIND THE EFFORT. PART OF THAT DECISION STEMS FROM HIS TRAVELS AS A PHOTOGRAPHER -- SEEING THE AFFECTS OF HUNGER THROUGH THE LENS OF HIS CAMERA.

AFGHANISTAN:
