GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS. ALL EYES ARE ON THE CATTLE MARKET THIS WEEK, WATCHING FOR A REBOUND AFTER LAST WEEK SAW MARKETS POST THEIR LONGEST LOSING STREAK SINCE JULY. ANALYSTS SAY WHILE THE CLOSING IS BEARISH FOR CATTLE MARKETS IN THE SHORT TERM, IN THE LONG TERM, IT MEANS LESS BEEF FOR CONSUMERS. THAT'S GOING TO PUT PRESSURE ON ALREADY HIGH PRICES. EXPERTS SAY RISING COSTS ARE ALREADY STARTING TO IMPACT CONSUMER BEHAVIOR.

LIVESTOCK:

SO WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR CATTLE PRICES? NATIONAL REPORTER TYNE MORGAN CAUGHT UP WITH BOB UTTERBACK IN FLORIDA LAST WEEK. HE SAYS JANUARY'S FEED UTILIZATION NUMBERS WILL BE DRIVING CATTLE MARKETS.

PEANUT SHOW:

PEANUTS WERE THE TOPIC OF CONVERSATION DURING THE GEORGIA PEANUT FARM SHOW AND CONFERENCE LAST WEEK. AGDAY'S AL PELL TALKED TO INDUSTRY LEADERS AND PRODUCERS TO DISCUSS THE DIRECTION FOR THE CROP IN 2013.

IN CROP WATCH THIS MORNING, CINDI CLAWSON IS FILLING IN FOR MIKE HOFFMAN. SHE BEGINS WITH AN UPDATE ON LAST WEEK'S COLD SNAP IN THE GOLDEN STATE. CINDI, GOOD MORNING.
