THROW CONGRESS OUT:

THE LATEST BICKERING IN WASHINGTON HASN'T BEEN GOOD ITS IMAGE. POLL NUMBERS SHOW AMERICANS AREN'T HAPPY WITH POLICY MAKERS. THIS ONE BY THE WALL STREET JOURNAL AND NBC NEWS SAYS 60 PERCENT OF AMERICANS SAY IF THEY HAD THE CHANCE THEY WOULD VOT TO REPLACE EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF CONGRESS--INCLUDING THEIR OWN REPRESENTATIVE. AMONG RURAL VOTERS IT SPIKES TO 70 PERCENT OF RESPONDENTS.

ENSO:

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS ENSO-NEUTRAL CONDITIONS CONTINUED DURING SEPTEMBER...AND WILL LIKELY RUN INTO SPRING.
