Evaluate Corn Ear Counts at Harvest

As you combine corn this fall, take a few minutes from time to time to stop and evaluate the quality of the crop you produced this season. 

Take some pictures with your smart phone or camera and make some brief notes field-by-field.  Referring to this information can then help you next spring as you prepare for the 2012 crop. 

In the following video, Missy Bauer shares some tips for evaluating corn ear counts and identifying some of the agronomic factors that impact your final yield outcome.
