Tight old-crop supplies of corn and soybeans continue to limit selling interest in old-crop futures. Expectations of a record-fast week of corn interest are limiting buying interest in new-crop futures. This combination is encouraging bull spreading as traders buy old-crop futures and sell the new-crop. That will likely continue for most of the week for corn and soybeans.
