AccuFlow HP ING 4425

For greater capacity in anhydrous ammonia application, Raven introduces its AccuFlow HP that features multisection shutoff.

With an enhanced product line, Raven Industries answers its customers’ most common requests: planter control, yield monitoring, scalable GPS products and RTK for steer-ready machines.

The OmniRow provides planter swath control for manual or automatic control using a hydraulic motor compatible with most clutches. There are three levels of OmniRow packages. The baseline provides population control, seed singulation monitoring, interface with aftermarket clutches and variable-rate population capability.

The second level includes a motor clutch assembly, row shutoff and variable-rate seeding. The highest OmniRow level includes motors on each row and speed compensation around curves. Currently OmniRow is compatible with select John Deere and Kinze planters.

Cruizer 2 Front Splashed Weather Resistant

Designed for open-station tractors, the Cruizer II has a weather-resistant option.

Envizio Pro OmniRow 7 10

The Envizio Pro II is a second-generation field computer with a scalable GPS signal.

For the first time, Raven provides yield monitoring capability with SmartYield. The system is built with a Loup Electronics box, a noncontact optical sensor and hillside compensation to provide a universal kit for combines. SmartYield can be displayed on Envizio Pro II and Cruizer II, and data can be downloaded to a thumb drive. If paired with Envizio Pro II and Slingshot, data can be downloaded wirelessly. List price: $4,625.

The company enhances two field computers. The Envizio Pro II features integrated GPS that is compatible with upgrades to receive the OmniStar signal. It is also compatible with SmartYield. List price: $3,995. Cruizer II features faster loading and brighter display. Cruizer II is CANbus-compatible. With additional features, users can record and save job files and AB lines. There is a weather-resistant option for open-station tractors. List price: $1,695. In addition, Cruizer and Cruizer II systems can interface with the DigiStar nutrient tracker.

To work with existing steer-ready hydraulic blocks, Raven introduces SmarTrax RTK. The automated steering system provides automatic calibration and 3D terrain compensation with RTK correction. SmarTrax RTK interfaces with Viper Pro or Envizio Pro. List price: $5,655.

In addition, Raven redesigned its application control product, AccuFlow HP, for extra capacity compared with previous products. It can apply anhydrous ammonia at higher speeds and cooler temperatures and also features multisection shutoff. List price: $9,275.

In order to improve its chemical injection system, the Sidekick Pro features automatic calibration. This eliminates tank mixing, increases safety and speeds up reload times. List price: $3,570.
