Twitter users get an opportunity to meet in real life at Farm Journal’s Tweet Up event during the National Farm Machinery Show & Championship Tractor Pulls. The Tweet Up will take place in the Farm Journal booth (S. Wing A Booth #126) on Thursday at 4 p.m.
Twitter is a great way to virtually network but rarely can users meet in real life. A Tweet Up provides this opportunity. Tweet ups are generally come and go, and although you would think differently, there aren’t very many Tweets actually sent from the event. Tweeps (Twitter users) usually use the face time for interaction and networking and only on occasion send Tweets.
This is a great opportunity for farmers and companies alike to meet and greet Twitter friends and to build connections. The Tweet Up at National Farm Machinery Show will be a great chance for you to meet Farm Journal staff and to network with other companies attending the show.
You’re invited to come by and visit even if you don’t have a Twitter account.
