What's a Low Hour 1970 Ford 8000 Worth?

A young dairy farmer from New Jersey asks Machinery Pete what a 1970 Ford 8000 tractor with only 1,353 original hours on it is worth. It was used to pull a 5 bottom plow and has only had one owner.
