Grain Truck Mishap
Dec 21, 2009
Here in the MidAtlantic region we've had so much rain that everyone is getting stuck trying to get their harvest in. Attached is a picture of our grain truck which got stuck along the side of the road fully loaded with beans. We hitched a tractor up to pull it out and instead, the bolts sheared and the front end came off! We finished 160 acres of soybeans in 36 hours with the truck looking like this because of the snow storm forecasted. 24 hours later, we have a foot of snow here on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
