Property Programs?

Good Morning,
My husband & I bought a place with 25 acres in Indiana in 2005. It was planted in corn that year, but hasn't been planted since then. We are trying to find out about government grants or other help to get the property fenced. We are wanting to get 4 or 5 feeder calves & a couple of quarter horses. Also, we are interested in information about windmills, purchase & Grants, etc. available for them. I will appreciate any help you can give me concerning these projects.
