Soybean Squabble: Who is right?

The nearly-20 year fight between ASA and USB has taken on new life since December 10, 2008. That day the ASA (American Soybean Association) filed its formal complaint with USDA's Office of the Inspector General asking it to investigate allegations of illegal activity and irresponsible spending on USB's (United Soybean Board) part.
A lot is happening this week at the Commodity Classic in Grapevine, Texas, and it appears more will happen as we move closer to Saturday afternoon's resolutions meeting.
