Custom Harvesters Hit by Tornados

Jun 02, 2011

From the US Custom Harvester website:

The Hamil family of Piedmont, Okla., took a direct hit from a tornado on Tuesday evening, May 24th. Hank is a long time member of the US Custom Harvesters. He was not at home at the time of the tornado, but his wife Catherine and 3 children were. His wife Catherine is in the hospital and was undergoing surgery yesterday (25th) for injuries sustained during the tornado, the baby she is currently carrying, is okay. Their 5 year old daughter is in Children’s Hospital with critical injuries. Their 3 year old son was found this morning (26th) unfortunately he too passed away. Their 15 month old son died at the hospital from injuries he received. I am asking the harvesting community and anyone else seeing this post to keep this family as well as all others in your prayers. The USCHI office has set up an account to accept donations for the Hamil family. Donations may be sent to the office at 119 W Sherman, Hutchinson, KS 67501 or you may call in and put the donation on a debit or credit card. The number to call is 620-664-6297. Well wishes may also be sent to the family at 9123 Lake Drive, Piedmont, OK 73078.
Alan Funk another long time member of the organization lost a combine, truck and trailer in the same storm.
