Preview of NFMS 2013
Feb 11, 2013
Here’s the top machinery, products and technologies our team looks to learn more about:
Planters with electric drives.
Kinze will have the first public unveiling of its new 4900 series planter, the new 4000 series row unit and an all-new vacuum seed meter with option for electric drive. Learn more here.
Precision Planting announced to its dealers that NFMS will provide the introduction of the Precision Planting vSet with electric drive option.
And the Horsch Maestro planter has been making its tour around the farm show circuit how it has been adapted as a corn planter for the North American market.
There will be many new models of utility and compact utility tractors to see stretching from the South Wing to the West Hall. A special auction will be taking place at Kioti's booth, where a pink CS2410 subcompact will be auctioned for the proceeds to be given to breast cancer research.
On the technology front, expect to see the continued evolution of telematics.
Don’t forget the Championship Tractor Pull, taking place every night from Feb. 13 to 16.
