I have heard the saying that “a verbal contract isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.” I have also heard that” if something isn’t written it isn’t true.” Of course just because something is written doesn’t automatically guarantee its veracity. I really am an optimist at heart. I’m a “glass half full” kind of guy.
