Well, the thing about the cattle ranchers, chickern, & hogs is they are not small farmers. They are just large cooperate farms, which employee a farmer to take care of them. I don't know one single "farmer" that owns the hogs in the hog confinement that the farmer put up. So he is an employee not a farmer. Try selling hogs to a packer. If you don't have numbers they might pay you a break even.
