A Rainy Harvest Season

The old saying "rain makes grain" hasn't worked out too well for me this harvest season. Our farm, which is west of Beardstown, Ill., has received excessive rain recently.
Our corn yields are coming in considerably under average. Maybe the late rains will help out the soybeans.
