Ethanol production improved 21,000 BPD this week and stocks increased as well. Part of the increase can be attributed to margins moving to about $2.53 a bushel for Iowa. As a result of better margins, basis has improved at ethanol facilities too. Domestic ending stock estimates are examined ahead of next Monday's USDA report.
