Mustard-Roasted Salmon with Lingonberry Sauce

A good fish dinner with absolutely no fish smell during preparatiion, cooking and cleanup. Use a foil covered rimmed baking sheet and when you are finished just roll it up and throw it away. Lingonberries are small, flavor-packed berries from Sweden. If you have access to a really good supermarket in a fairly large city you will find them in the jelly/jam section. If not, buy them from a Scandinavian store on the Internet.
