There are several ways to give to Farmers Feeding the World and Growmark has cooked up a great one. The regional farm cooperative is continuing to fight hunger with a collaborative cookbook.
The group compiled more than 1,000 recipes submitted by employees and friends and bound them in a cookbook. The cookbook includes a variety of categories like Appetizers and Beverages, Soups and Salads, Vegetables and Side Dishes, Main Dishes, Breads and Rolls, Deserts and Cookies and Candy. Each is bound three-ring binder style and has an easel included.
Growmark is selling the cookbooks for $20 and is donating the proceeds above production and shipping costs to Farmers Feeding the World. Orders must be submitted by July 20.
