AGCO unveils its completely overhauled tractor manufacturing facility today at Jackson, Minn., which includes a 75,000 square foot expansion.

AGCO now has 15.43 acres of manufacturing capacity under roof at the facility. The expansion doubles the plant’s production capability, from 1,000 tractors per year to 2,000 or more.
Massey Ferguson 8600 Series and Challenger MT600D Series high-horsepower row-crop tractors will now be manufactured here for the North American market. In total, it adds 18 models to its production line. Previously, they had been produced in France.

It will highlight both the Massey Ferguson and Challenger brands, along with RoGator and TerraGator lines of equipment.
