IN AGRIBUSINESS, WHEAT PRICES HAVE FALLEN ABOUT A DOLLAR SINCE HARVEST BEGAN BACK IN MAY. WITH WINTER WHEAT WRAPPED UP AND SPRING WHEAT ABOUT 20 PERCENT COMPLETE, FARMERS HAVE MARKETING ON THE MIND. SO WHERE ARE PRICES HEADED? FARM DIRECTOR AL PELL ASKS THE QUESTION IN THIS MORNING'S ANALYSIS.

SHOCKING FISH:

TO UNDERSTAND THE OVERALL HEALTH OF OUR TENNESSEE PONDS AND LAKES SOMETIMES IT'S BEST TO STUDY WHAT LIVES THERE. THAT'S THE IDEA BEHIND AN EFFORT BY THE U-T EXTENSION WHERE EXPERTS SHOCK FISH TEMPORARILY TO SEE THE AQUATIC POPULATION OF A WATERWAY. CHUCK DENNEY HAS MORE ON WHAT FLOATS TO THE TOP, AND THEN LATER SWIMS AWAY. CHUCK SAYS U-T EXTENSION HOSTS SEVERAL DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE SHOCK BOAT EACH YEAR THROUGHOUT THE STATE.

FARM RECIPE:

IN THIS WEEK'S FROM THE FARM FAVORITE RECIPE OF THE WEEK--IT MAY MAKE "TWICE BAKED POTATOES" TWICE AS NICE...BY ADDING PROTEIN!
