BEEF PRICES:

GOOD MORNING I'M CLINTON GRIFFITHS. AS ANOTHER POLAR EXPRESS PUSHES ITS WAY INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS, LIVESTOCK PRICES ARE ON THE RALLY.

FEEDER PIG:

RISING BEEF PRICES ARE HELPING ADD SUPPORT TO OTHER PROTEINS INCLUDING PORK.
JUNE LEAN HOG CONTRACTS ARE NOW TRADING ABOVE 100 DOLLARS. WHOLESALE PORK PRICES ARE ALSO HIGHER THIS WEEK. INDUSTRY LEADERS SAY A CONTINUING RISE IN BEEF PRICES COULD BE VERY GOOD FOR HOG PRODUCERS.

PORK MARKETSHARE:
