As Congress considers a continuing resolution to fund the government through September, Sentor Roy Blunt of Missouri says he is pushing to including ag provisions that would guarantee that farmers who plant a cover crop for biofuels can harvest that crop. His provisions would also stall proposed GIPSA rules and would preserve funding for ag research.
