Sept. 1 marks the inaugural episode of Corn College TV. This new, national 30-minute weekly program focuses on agronomics and the skills farmers must develop to grow stronger, healthier and better-yielding crops.

You can find the show on RFD-TV. It will air at 7:30 a.m. CST each Wednesday, immediately following “AgDay,” and at 10 a.m. CST each Saturday, following “U.S. Farm Report.”

Like the Corn College Seminars, “Corn College TV” will feature Farm Journal Field Agronomist Ken Ferrie and Associate Field Agronomist Missy Bauer. The program will deliver practical, hands-on advice and information covering key elements of crop production: fertility, soils, machinery, diseases, insects, chemistry and herbicides.

“Corn College TV” will be the third national program produced by Farm Journal Television. The daily news program “AgDay” has been on the air since 1982 and “U.S. Farm Report” has aired every weekend since 1975.
