Favorite Meatballs

13 oz. can evaporated milk or 13 oz. of regular milk
3 lbs. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
Sauce:
 
2 c. catsup
2 T. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
 
Make in small balls and lay in large pan and pour sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, covered. Makes about 48 meatballs.
