Sometimes it’s difficult to know where to find the tools you need to implement precision agriculture practices, says Phil Rasmussen, Utah State University professor.
 
He taps into a number of websites regularly for global positioning system (GPS) products, pricing information and news.
 
Two of his favorites for GPS hardware and software are www.semsons.com and www.gpscity.com.
 
For information about specific tools of the trade and new technology headed to the marketplace, he encourages consumers to check out www.gpspassion.com and www.gpsinformation.net.
