Loaded Baked Potato Salad

3 ½ lbs. baking potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pint sour cream
Salt and pepper
½ lb. cheddar cheese
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Cook bacon, then chop. In large bowl, combine butter, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, bacon and cheese. Serve at room temperature.
Serves 10
