The 2012 event kicked off this morning with sessions on using a systems approach for higher corn yields and the building blocks for increased soybean yields.
Four retailers from Monty’s Plant and Soil Products, based in Louisville, Ky., took a few minutes to talk with Farm Journal this morning about weather and crop conditions in their area. They say their corn crops are showing the effects of prolonged drought while soybeans are hanging on, thanks to a few small rain showers. Listen in to hear what these retailers are telling their farmer customers to consider implementing in their fields this fall.
