To pair with its variable-size balers, Krone has developed a baler-wrapped combination with an automatic height adjustment for the wrap stretching unit. This product was given a silver medal for innovation at Agritechnica 2011.
Without the automatic system, the wrap unit needed to be adjusted manually to the size of bale using crank handles or hand tools. The automatic height adjustment is provided by a sensor that measures the rotation angle and adjusts the wrapper unit accordingly.
