Shows Now on RFD-TV
Whoops went up from the crowd when the announcement was made at farm shows this winter that "AgDay” and "U.S. Farm Report” are now on RFD-TV, the nation's first television network dedicated to agriculture and rural America.
"AgDay,” Farm Journal Media's daily television news program, launched weekdays on March 2 with back-to-back airings at 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. EST. The program will soon move to a later and permanent morning slot. Now in its 27th year of production, "AgDay,” with host Scott Kinrade and agribusiness director Al Pell, focuses on news, weather, markets and the rural way of life.
Beginning the weekend of March 7 and 8, "U.S. Farm Report” began to air Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. EST and again Sundays at 4 p.m. EST. On the air since 1976 and hosted by Illinois farmer and columnist John Phipps, "U.S. Farm Report” keeps a pulse on agriculture and agribusiness.

An Uphill Battle
The already dirty job of pumping a lagoon took a turn for the worse when the clevis pin broke on this 6,000-gal. honey wagon. Anyone who has pumped manure can attest to the sheer mess of the situation.
If you've had one of those days—or caught someone else's on film—we'd love to share it with our readers.
