As we spend more time in the office, now is a great time to determine the goals and direction of your operation.
How do you define your operation? What is its future?
When thinking about your operations future, do you want to grow in size or grow in efficiency? I liken this to managing your weight. If you want to lose weight, you reduce your calorie intake. If you want to build muscle, you start exercising more.
It is very hard to grow muscle and lose weight at the same time. The same is true for your operation.
