Sun Dried Tomato Cheese Dip - A great dip courtesy of Anderson Erickson Dairy.
3 T. sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (do not use oil-packed)
1 c. water
1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. finely shredded Asiago cheese
3/4 c. AE Garlic Dip
1/4 c. finely sliced green onion
Soak tomatoes in water for 30 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Mix ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 3 minutes. Stir every minute. Keep warm in a fondue pot and serve with pita crisps, french bread slices and assorted fresh veggies.
