A cartoonish look at life...
Seems like everything is going green these days. Green cleaning products, green automobiles, green tea...Yep, green is definitely in. Unlike Kermit’s old lament, nowadays it is easy being green. Not only is easy, apparently it’s profitable too. Just slap a “Green” sticker on whatever it is you are selling and people can buy it guilt free because “green” = “environmentally friendly”. I am a little confused on just exactly what it is that makes a product “green.” How do we even know what we are buying is really green? Is there a green organization that has set green guidelines so that “green” products meet the minimum "green"standard requirements of greenness? Call me cynical, but I can’t help thinking that many of those who have jumped on the big green bandwagon are just in it for the green.
