Corn Head Guide

December 14, 2013
By: Nate Birt, Top Producer Deputy Managing Editor google +

A roundup of harvest helpers on the market

It’s important to put your best foot forward. That applies to corn heads, too, as they lead the way at harvest. The combine should be paired with its corn head for maximum performance. Manufacturers have answered farmers’ push for higher yields by creating a full spectrum of corn heads. These combine heads span from two to 24 rows with spacing configurations from 12" to 40". Options include folding models for narrow transport widths, chopping attachments with unique stalk-slicing styles and technology that makes the process run smoothly.

Scroll down this page to get extensive information about all of the corn heads available to U.S. farmers.
