In Episode 7 of Corn College TV Season 3, Farm Journal’s Associate Field Agronomist Missy Bauer looks at how to determine whether or not a disease will continue residing in your fields.

1.     1.  Overall environment: Is the weather conducive for this disease to occur?

2.     2.  Hybrid susceptibility: Will you plant the same hybrid, or choose another hybrid with different susceptibilities?

3.     3. Tillage program: Tillage vs. no-till will affect residue leftover.

To hear more about disease prediction and prevention from the Farm Journal experts, watch Episode 7 below.
