Farmers today face many legal challenges. To help farmers understand complex subjects such as marketing contracts, security interests, foreclosuresand other issues, the University of Minnesota Extension has released a 16-piece series of publications on such topics.

Do not use these publications as legal advice as all relate specifically to Minnesota law, cautions the University of Minnesota Extension. However, reviewing the series will give farm producers a good, solid understanding of each topic.

 

The series was written in an easy-to-understand format by three attorneys at law. They offered free of charge. Pieces in the series can be downloaded individually or as a complete set.
