Massey Ferguson DynaFlex Header
Gleaner, Massey Ferguson and Challenger combines can now use the flexible DynaFlex draper header. Available in 30', 35' and 40' lengths, it has a 41"-wide draper conveying system that allows the crop heads to face the same direction, improving crop flow, feeding and threshing. A flexible cutterbar design cuts the crop close to the ground without gouging the soil. The automatic hydraulic header height control uses four potentiometers on the 30' header and six potentiometers on the 35' and 40' headers to relay ground contours to the combine, ensuring the closest cut. Compatible with 2003 AGCO combines and newer. Contact: www.agcoiron.com, www.masseyferguson.com and www.newfromchallenger.com.
Crary Air Reel
The Crary Air Reel is a patented reel system equipped with high-velocity air. The Air Reel replaces the factory reel and adds the benefit of air while keeping the header more compact, providing better visibility. The constant stream of high-velocity air quickly feeds crop back to the auger, eliminating bunching and increasing the number

New Holland CR9060 Combine
New Holland flexes its harvesting muscle with the introduction of the CX8000 Series and CR9000 Series combines. The three models in the CX8000 Super Conventional Series (CX8070, CX8080 and CX8090) range from 322 hp to 400 hp.The combines use a patented rotary separator that separates nearly all of the grain before it reaches the straw walkers. The feeder and header reverser system can be operated either forward or reverse independent of the threshing unit, allowing the operator to work the slugs into the cylinder in a controlled manner. The 21' or 24' overheadstyle unloading augers move grain from the 295-bu. or 330-bu. tank at a rate of 3.2 bu. per second, which is the fastest of any conventional combine. Base price: $254,001. The CR9000 Series (CR9040, CR9060 and CR9070) employs New Holland’s Twin Rotor design to speed separation, boost grain quality and maximize capacity. The three models have turbocharged six-cylinder diesel engines that range from 305 hp to 400 hp.

John Deere 7760 Self-propelled Cotton Picker
The 7760 self-propelled cotton picker boasts nonstop harvesting. As the turbocharged 500-hp engine powers the machine through the crop, an accumulator, a module-building unit and the on-board carrying capacity of a built module coordinate a continuous cotton harvest. The picker builds a round bale and wraps it in a plastic cover—a change from the rectangular bales and tarps in traditional harvesting systems. The ability to build the module on the harvester eliminates extra equipment, such as boll buggies and module builders, and labor. Base price: $592,548. The 70 Series combines utilize Big Launch from Big Green John Deere PowerTech Plus engines to muscle through the field, and bullet rotors enhance threshing and separating. The CommandCenter display screen is mounted on the arm rest. It provides yield and moisture information, as well as text messages about calibration, diagnostics and system-alerts.

Oxbo 50 Series Corn Head
With the Soft Touch technology Oxbo developed for seed corn harvesting, the company has designed the 50 Series corn heads for gentle, efficient ear removal. The Oxbo 50 Series corn heads cut the ear off the stalk with exclusive tapered intermeshing knife rolls and remote actuated stripper plates (RASPs). Combined with Oxbo’s beveled and chromed stripper plates, the constantly centered RASPs create straighter stalk pulldown into the stripper plates, precise ear removal, reduced ear damage and less trash in the combine. The 50 Series is available in sizes ranging from 6-row to 14-row with 30" spacing and limited configurations in 20" spacing. Designed for all crop conditions, the Oxbo corn head has a unique row unit frame for a lower profile without frame damage or ground interference. Base price: 6-row, $49,385; 12-row, $91,555.
