Rockford, Ill. is hosting the first Legacy Workshop of 2011. Today more than 120 farmers and farm family members will take the first of many steps toward developing a successful succession plan. Kevin Spafford, Farm Journal Succession Expert, will host the workshop and give you ideas to begin the conversation, tools to help you in the process and will help you begin to make the murky waters of transition crystal clear.
The workshop began at 9 a.m. and will conclude at 3 p.m. All workshop attendees will receive a Legacy Project Workbook and the current Legacy Report, both great tools for future reference.
