Today the Racine, Wisc. CNH factory was damaged by strong winds and storms. At least two employees suffered minor injuries. The facility damages included: part of the roof blew off, there was damage to the parts distribution building, garage doors and access doors were damaged, a tractor trailer was overturned, trees were blown down, and there was water damage from the sprinkler system being engaged.

According to CNH spokesman Duane Nelson the plant’s assembly line seems to be the least affected, but it’s unknown when the factory will be back to full production.

The factory makes Case IH Magnum and New Holland T8 Tractors.
