Ethanol Production Stays Solid -- Will Production Increase Next Year?

Ethanol stayed at relatively high levels this week despite crush margins backing off substantially. The USDA is projecting a 250 million bushel increase in corn going to ethanol next year. Helping demand is the crude oil and gasoline rally over the last couple of weeks. Technically, corn is looking weak on the daily chart for the December contract.
