    I should have seen this one coming. From fourth grade teacher Mike Rafaelli in Owosso, Michigan. “I would encourage you to discuss the issue of not having deposits on water bottles. My students are encouraged to get their water from the tap. It sure would be nice to see a glass of water on that table sometime.” Mike, I’m going to plead no contest on this one. You are absolutely right on this subject, and I do support deposits on water bottles. I’ve picked enough up out of ditches on my farm.
