October 18, 2011
By: Al Pell, AgWeb Radio Farm Director

Mike Howlett of Top Third Ag Marketing said the markets were lower overnite -- mostly due to crop harvested report: Corn 47% harvested, 6% above average; Beans 69% harvested, 8% above average. Moodys lowered France's credit rating. Dollar is higher. Yields are looking pretty steady. Continued weakness today. At open expect: Corn dn 10-15, Beans dn 23-30, and Wheat dn 12-15.
