Lucas: USDA Did Not Ask for Flexibility

 In an exclusive interview with AgriTalk Radio's Mike Adams, House Agriculture Committee Chairman Frank Lucas criticized USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack for never asking for flexibility in administering cuts under budget sequestration. Lucas also voiced optimism for passing a farm bill in 2013 and said he has assurances that a farm bill will come to the floor, for what those assurances are worth.
