GCO Corporation acquired Assumption, Ill.–based GSI Holdings Inc. The privately held GSI has two divisions: grain storage and protein production.

Arctic Cat marks its 50th anniversary; the company began in 1961 when Edgar Hetteen founded Polar Manufacturing in Thief River Falls, Minn.

Case IH will donate the proceeds from the auction of a one-of-a-kind skid steer nicknamed "Red Power," which features a dual chrome exhaust stack, custom wheels, tinted cab windows, custom red LED lighting and a red leather seat, to the National FFA Foundation.

Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Company transferred its production of 2012 4x4 ATV and side-by-side models to its 875,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing plant in Newnan, Ga.

Yetter Manufacturing has acquired AMCO Manufacturing, located in Yazoo City, Miss., which manufactures tillage implements that are sold and serviced by 300 dealers across North America.
