Ag employers must now use the revised I-9 Employment Eligibility Verfication form when hiring new workers, according to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Effective May 7, 2013, employers must ensure proper completion of the new form for each individual they hire.

Learn more about the rule at http://www.uscis.gov/I-9Central.

You can download the new form at http://www.uscis.gov/i-9.
